Who we are

PTPN ("we") is a personal training business run by Pedro, based in Bush Hill Park, Enfield, London. Contact: info@ptpn.co.uk.

What we collect and why

• Enquiry form data: your name, email, optional phone, and what you tell us about your goal. Used only to reply to you and, if you become a client, to coach you.
• App and coaching data: workouts, nutrition logs, measurements, check-ins, chat and progress photos. Some of this is health data (special category under UK GDPR); we process it only with your explicit, dated consent, given in the app.
• No advertising trackers, no analytics cookies. The website is static and only loads the fonts it needs.

Where it is stored

Data is stored with Supabase (EU infrastructure, Dublin region). Transactional email is processed by Resend. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. Staff: it is just the coach.

Retention

Enquiries we never correspond with are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept while you coach with us and, if you consent, for up to 6 years afterwards because trainers are expected to keep records of training delivered. Progress photos are yours, delete them any time from the app, or ask and we delete them.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Email the address above and you will get a reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Security

Accounts are password protected with row-level access: you can only ever read your own data. Photos are stored in a private bucket, never public URLs.
